We have a well maintained robust infrastructural unit that is an ideal combination of man and machine, with manufacturing unit spreading over an area of 19,000 sq. feet area. The unit is divided into many departments such as manufacturing unit, quality tests unit and in-house facilities.

 

The manufacturing unit has a combined installation of about 225 sewing machines and 15 over lock 5 thread machines and several other special machines for smooth and efficient production of the garments. The garments are manufactured using the following range of machinery :

We also wash and iron the clothes at our premises. The finishing department is fully equipped with tumblers, perk, hydro and steamed process. Our unit helps us in meeting orders of up to 80 thousand (units) per month. Further, these can be tailor made as per the requirements of the clients.

We maintain a sophisticated warehouse that spreads over a wide area with an incredible storage capacity. The storage department is divided into various segments as per their category. Our storekeepers clean it everyday to keep away the rodents and pests and maintain hygienic conditions. They also maintain a record of the incoming and outgoing stocks, which act as an important source of reference, in case of any discrepancy in the delivery of the orders.

We have proper packaging facilities used by our packaging experts who help us in packing the range of ladies garments in safe and appropriate manner.
